MODEL: LW320
Control System The intelligent control system features an advanced touchscreen interface with automatic screen hibernation and manual wake-up during operation. It provides real-time monitoring of water inlet flow rate, cleaning program, cleaning stage, remaining time, pipeline pressure, and other key operating parameters. The system automatically records the operating status of major electrical components to ensure reliable process monitoring and traceability. Circulation System The high-performance circulation pump incorporates soft-start and variable frequency control technology, enabling adjustable pump speed and circulation flow to optimize cleaning performance for different types of laboratory glassware while minimizing mechanical stress and energy consumption. Piping System Integrated pure water booster pump for stable and efficient water supply. Rear water supply design ensures uniform water distribution to the cleaning baskets. Modular FL-EXCH cleaning basket system with independently replaceable half-modules, providing maximum flexibility for different glassware configurations. Dual-channel detergent dosing system automatically dispenses alkaline and acidic cleaning agents according to the selected cleaning program, ensuring consistent and effective cleaning performance. Safety Protection System The laboratory glassware washer incorporates multiple safety features to ensure reliable and secure operation: Electronic safety door lock with EULA automatic locking technology prevents the door from opening while the chamber is at high temperature, protecting the operator. Water heater over-temperature protection. Circulation pump overheat protection. Real-time water leakage monitoring with automatic safety response. Automatic program recovery after restoration of the water supply. Power failure memory function retains the current program and operating status, allowing the cycle to resume after power is restored. Multi-Layer Filtration System The multi-stage filtration system efficiently removes particulate contaminants from the wash water, protecting the circulation pump, spray arms, and nozzles while maintaining consistent cleaning performance and extending the service life of the equipment.
